How to use the end sleeve ferrules worked:
Step 1: Strip the wire to proper length and insert the wire into the ferrule terminal
Step 2: press the handle and open the jay
Step 3: put the ferrule terminal into the jay and close the tool slightly until the ratchet just engages in the end.
Step 4: open the jay and got a tightly crimped with ferrule terminals.
